The Springfield Bovine Festival is hosting a pre-festival event at Institute Park in Worcester, Massachusetts. WPI has been kind enough to host our Cow Command Station, where our volunteers will gather to manage the event. This pre-festival event will be a great opportunity for volunteers to prepare for the larger festival this fall!
